• Once you have purchased your plan and filled out the applicable information for your event, you will receive an email from us with an assigned phone number that you and your guests will be using for your memories on file voice messages.
• Once your number has been established, we will ask you to record the greeting message that will play when your loved ones call in to your number.
• Once all of this is completed, the number is ready to use and your guests will be able to call your assigned number in order to leave their voice message. This number will remain active based on your chosen time preference.
• Once your time preference has passed, all of the voice messages your number has received will be sent to on a USB drive via mail, AND will be transferred to you via email. This way you have both the hard copy and digital file just in case.
  

• Your personal number will remain active until the day after your event date to give your guests time to call in and leave their message.

This is a great option for those wanting to keep using the number to receive messages for multiple years. Example for this use: you set up the number for your child's first birthday for loved ones to leave messages on they the child can listen to later in life. If you purchase admin rights, you can have the same loved ones leave a new message each year as the child grows. This would be a great gift to give the child upon graduation or turning 18 years of age.

Q: How soon will I received the voice messages after our date has passed?

A: We will have your messaged emailed to you within 7 days of your event passing, though it is often sooner. Your USB drive will ship within 7 days of your event passing.

Q: I purchased The Long Haul, how often will I receive new messages throughout the year?

A: You will receive all of the voice messages left from the day of your event within 7 days of the event passing via email and your USB drive of these messages will ship within 7 days as well. After the initial 7 days, we will check your inbox on the first of every month to see if your number has received any new messages. If so, those messages will be sent over via email. After the one year has passed, any messages sent after the initial 7 days will then be sent to you on an additional USB drive.

Then after implementing this idea at our own baby shower, I actually realized that the service we now offer is better than the popular alternative because of the fact that everything about the services we offer is customizable.
